      The bank is growing every day. The people I work for are great. You are given the opportunity to grow if you ask for it. The customers are great.

      Cons

      We are smaller bank so technology isn’t up to par with the competition.

      Pros

      Very stable company, they don't get spooked easily by things that are happening in the market. I have a fantastic boss, but that's just my department, so I can't account for others.

      Cons

      No cons for me, my job is very flexible, I love it.

      Pros

      Banking hours and friendly coworkers. Clients are genuinely good people

      Cons

      Low pay and old systems. Facilities are dated and main office is not as nice as other companies in the finance field. Training center is literally in a strip mall.
