      Good employee benefits, great training and starting pay

      Bankers are the customer service call center, which means you will work extra hours to cover the phones. You will also be expected to cold call for sales

      Pros

      Very stable company, they don't get spooked easily by things that are happening in the market. I have a fantastic boss, but that's just my department, so I can't account for others.

      Cons

      No cons for me, my job is very flexible, I love it.

      Pros

      Banking hours and friendly coworkers. Clients are genuinely good people

      Cons

      Low pay and old systems. Facilities are dated and main office is not as nice as other companies in the finance field. Training center is literally in a strip mall.
