Pros
Cross Training to do all things, if you want to learn, you are encouraged to do so. Bank holidays, always have your weekends off, and very friendly and good customers. Fairly good training week before you work in a branch, follow up training at the branch is a plus, however it can depend on which branch and who your mentor/training buddy is, but usually you learn a lot of information quickly which could be difficult to keep up with, but you eventually get into a routine and get the hang of it.
Cons
Sometimes communication is lacking in that you have to ask questions for things you don't know, this is true of most places when the other employees have worked it for years, they just don't always remember being new, and some things are so familiar they may forget to mention it, or not explain somethings as well, but just ask lots of questions and you should get the answers you need.
