Still has remote work for some roles

Absolute disaster of a company to work for. Do not work here. The culture is a mess, having a mix of a small regional conservative bank (FCB), mashed up with move fast, break things bank (Silicon Valley). SVB imploded, yet nearly everyone was kept on, so it's the massive culture struggle. Additionally, turnover is insane in some areas (like 50% in <12 months) because people come in, figure out it's a mess and jump ship. Leadership at many levels are being brought in from other failing/bad banks in 'stretch roles' that they have no business being in. Default mode of dealing with things is, "It's not my fault, talk to another team" or "That's not true, stick it under the rug." I've never worked at a place that is such a mess and just keeps getting worse by the day.

Pros

Great opportunity for learning and growth, and many people in the organization to learn from who are willing to help.

Cons

Over saturation of the market and unrealistic sales goals that are always changing make it difficult to set down stakes for the customers and team. Unlimited PTO leaves many managers picking up slack for multiple branches where other managers are rarely there, even when managers and team members out on medical leave.
