Pros
Pay wasn’t bad, benefits were decent and if you were lucky enough to have a good knowledgeable manager
Cons
Upper management and HR so two faced, if you have a true problem you have no where to trim because no one can be trusted. They only want to hire Barbie dolls, no one with any real intelligence or that may know more than they do. Their expectations are ridiculous! It’s more like a telemarketing firm than a bank. If you want to spend each and every day making cold calls or get told about not having your quota for the day then this job is for you but if you believe in truly helping customers don’t go there to work they tell you they want you to help the clients and it’s not about sales we are just educating them it’s a lie! They will tell you in an interview that you will have to make some calls to just talk to clients about products that can help them but they want you to sell whatever you can regardless if the customer needs it or not. They do not care about their customers or their employees! Since covid employees couldn’t barely get any of their pto or didn’t find out until the night before if it was approved! It’s hard to make any “life plans” when you can’t even schedule a vacation with your family!
