Pros
Was a good place to work at first. They had an open door policy, which was helpful with bouncing ideas off of someone or asking questions.
Cons
No chance to advance, declining work environment. Hey installed a cube environment and basically told everyone no talking...period. Big disconnect between management and the employee base.
