Pros

First Dakota prides itself on strong customer service, which extends to its employees. Every business today claims customer service is important, however, First Dakota truly means it. At every level, First Dakota employees do whatever they can to help one another. First Dakota is definitely the place to experience the difference in quality.

Cons

Although I enjoyed my time at First Dakota National Bank, I was aware of some positions that were filled externally because internal candidates did not have sufficient previous experience and would require training.

Fair benefits Most people are friendly

Cons

No one can satisfy the Trust Advisor. She will find a new assistant every year to 2 years. Time within that department is limited in SF. Can be seen as a threat if you catch on fast- and show interest in advancing.
