High turn over, low pay, management doesn't know their head from a hole in the ground (they should at the very least know how to open a business account), yearly raises range from ten cents to fifty cents but are typically on the lower range, no value or appreciation for employees, checking accounts are expensive compared to competitors, no financial investment in the community but they do expect employees to volunteer in uniform, and last but not least buildings are literally falling apart and company does not care.
