Experience gained and customer book of business

Inability for advancement Job flexibility Incentive pay PTO not competitive Very quota driven and quick to fire if not meeting quotas. Lower level employees do the bulk of work while higher ups and management do less and get paid more. Compensation is not fair compared to other markets within the bank.
