Pros
Decent benefits, average number of vacations and holidays, and the people are mostly nice. Good customer service philosophy.
Cons
The pay is not remotely competitive. There are no raises above a cost of living inflation around 3%, even with a “promotion”. You can only make decent money if you are an executive. The diversity exists only within mid-lower level employees. The board and ceos etc., is extremely white and male and do not represent their employees. They say they care about their employees, but I would like to reiterate that they do not pay for what they say their employees are worth.
