Benefits and pay were great.
Cons
Management constantly micromanages employees thus forcing problems, holding your job over your head as leverage. You're compensated adequately but fear any mistake might cost you your job. Moreover, management thinks from the bottom up in that problems experienced in management are projected upon the front line, tellers and personal bankers even though these workers are screened and trained extensively and almost exclusively in customer service.
