      The bank is well managed. The people are extremely nice and bank continues to grow and thrive throughout Texas.

      Cons

      Unless you are in sales or senior management the salries are not very competive. Pay is good, but not great.

      Experience gained and customer book of business

      Cons

      Inability for advancement Job flexibility Incentive pay PTO not competitive Very quota driven and quick to fire if not meeting quotas. Lower level employees do the bulk of work while higher ups and management do less and get paid more. Compensation is not fair compared to other markets within the bank.
