      Not enough resources, low salary by any standard (even adjusted for location), virtually no room for promotion

      Experience gained and customer book of business

      Cons

      Inability for advancement Job flexibility Incentive pay PTO not competitive Very quota driven and quick to fire if not meeting quotas. Lower level employees do the bulk of work while higher ups and management do less and get paid more. Compensation is not fair compared to other markets within the bank.
