Pros
Great environment and people are what make the company. Company always tries to do things to make work fun. Best work environment I've ever experienced management has great vision for the company and how to get there. Flexible when it comes to work schedule. Good benefits.
Cons
Pay is decent but needs to be more competitive. Annual raises barely cover cost of living increases. Limited options for advancement.. You wont know what you will make unless you actually are offered the job and once you move into a position there is a waiting period before you can move to another position.
