      Company overall is good and has excellent benefits

      Cons

      Management on bank side are horrid communicators and quick to assume the worst. Potentially symptomatic of a larger problem. Very cliquish as well. There's a reason why they are always short-staffed, but such people can never examine themselves.

      Cons

      Inability for advancement Job flexibility Incentive pay PTO not competitive Very quota driven and quick to fire if not meeting quotas. Lower level employees do the bulk of work while higher ups and management do less and get paid more. Compensation is not fair compared to other markets within the bank.
