Business Outlook
Pros
The PMO's manager is great. She definitely cares about her team and making sure she understands what motivates them. She always makes time for her team and is willing to dig into the weeds to assist with a challenge. Love the bank's family oriented mentality.
Cons
The bank as a whole is a bit outdated with technology. They still use typewriters! Another thing is that people who do not work in the main downtown office/ headquarters do not get very much face time or communication from the bank's leaders.
