Pros
Encouragement for picking up new technology, CEO is excellent and brings positive change. Constantly something new to learn. Work-life balance is good with an extensive PTO time available. Never a dull moment or a sense of complacency with what they have on their plate.
Cons
Constantly hectic, Projects and RFPs are always coming in. Management seems to have a lack of focus on what business they want tot attack. several different siloed areas of business, tough to consolidate technologies or methodologies.
