      The people are wonderful to work with. Very friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. The bank is good about supporting and promoting employees. The benefits are incredible.

      Cons

      The bank is growing so quickly, it can get hectic at times, but they do a good job of keeping a family atmosphere.
