Pros

Getting to know people and helping them. The Leader Nancy is nice and helpful but she isn't a pushover. The other volunteers there are also nice and none of them mind the fact that I'm younger then them. I wasn't there for a bit because of moving and family issues but when I came back, it was like I never left.

Cons

Getting to know people and waiting for the food truck to arrive on time.

Pros

Pleasant daily work environment with parish pastors who sincerely loved their community & church family. Worked mainly independently and had very few dealings with the direct public on a daily basis.

Cons

Had to handle impoverished family relations with strict guidelines set forth by the church council that may or may not have been able to suitably handle some situations wholy. Knowing that is all you are allowed to offer was hard for me to swallow at times.
