1yFirst and foremost, thank you for sharing your experience with us. The only way we can address employee concerns is if we are made aware of them. We strive to prioritize internal candidates in our recruitment process through the use of our internal careers page, which flags employee applications for the recruiting team to review. We also coordinate a Job Shadowing program allowing employees to sit alongside the team of another department to examine what it looks like to work in another role. As an engaged employer, it is one of our goals to strive to provide career-long opportunities for our employees.
