Workload - understaffed in some departments, but a lot of thought going into improving this con Pay - it is non-profit pay so none of us are here gettin' rich :) the work is very fulfilling regardless

Pros

Some nice people work there

Cons

Apparently, you need to be very social when you work from home 4 days a week, even though I had an accounting title. Didn't realize I was a salesperson all of a sudden. "Didn't check his email." I'm sorry I didn't check my email on the weekend when I was never asked to or in the contract "Wasn't willing to learn". Yes, I was. I need the experience and want to learn more about it "Didn't take notes." Yes, I did. Hope they looked before they wiped my computer, I took them on and had to give back. "Had a bad attitude." No, I was just questioning things since some was confusing, and it's hard to understand someone who's training you in something over Microsoft Teams when English is not their first language. "Wasn't committed enough" ??? What do you mean? Yes, it was hard to be working from home 4 days a week, but that doesn't mean I wasn't. Crazy that I was only there for the week before Thanksgiving, which started on Tuesday with onboarding, so half a week. Next week was a half week for Thanksgiving, and a Full week the week after. And then cutting me off with no warning on the monday after at 2pm randomly.
