Pros

This is a very organized company. The management in Calabasas Cooperate Office is amazing but unfortunately they do not see all.

Cons

I have worked for this company for years and for the most part enjoyed it. Unfortunately if someone would actually look into what is going on at the Rocklin office they would be surprised. They have employees leaving to have one night stands with random guys on, on line sites and bragging about it, drug abusers, and lazy Reginols that expect their managers to do their work for them and blaming them when it doesn't work out. Also a terrible case of sexual harassment. I know multiple cases where people were asked to cover serious situations up and lie for other employees like it's Highschool. The compliance department is supposed to be the best part of First Pointe for their expectations but the manager or "specialist" is a fraud and a fake and the ring leader of most of the situations! They have let go of multiple amazing employees based off of her recommendations that she shouldn't have a say in as she fakes just as much paperwork as any employee I have seen. They pay terrible and take advantage of loyal employees. Run before you can't!

Pros

Always a person to help , great resources, great support from asset and regional teams. Good benefits and discounts . Company is very well organized . Higher pay than average.

Cons

Little room for site level requests almost all needs regional approval / accounting ticketing system for simple accounting discrepancies .

Pros

They hire quickly if you need a job in a hurry.

Cons

There is a lot of turn over so you must ask yourself why. They are stingy with the paid holidays. Company is very political. No upward mobility if you are already a property manager. Many managers have a constant fear of getting fired. But no one will tell the Regionals due to retaliation concerns.
