Pros

There's some great things about First Pointe. They are a growing company and willing to learn along the way. They are open to feedback and really seem to try to meet the needs of each employee. If you're loyal to them, they will be loyal to you. While support may not always be available to you, they will try their best to provide you with what you need. They also offer a great and flexible benefit package, and if you're starting from an entry level position there are plenty of career growth opportunities. They also attempt to invest time and training in each employee. The training for new employees need some revision and shortening, but it is a work in progress and the thought behind is meaningful.

Cons

With that being said, there's still a lot of learning to do. The Operations Manual is overwhelming and frustrating. I often come across situations where I'm being corrected because what I originally learned was changed but I wasn't aware until my "mistake" was pointed out to me. The feeling that you are always doing something wrong, is exhausting. Plus, with only so many hours in each day it is literally impossible to complete each and every task that is expected to us all while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Pros

They hire quickly if you need a job in a hurry.

Cons

There is a lot of turn over so you must ask yourself why. They are stingy with the paid holidays. Company is very political. No upward mobility if you are already a property manager. Many managers have a constant fear of getting fired. But no one will tell the Regionals due to retaliation concerns.
