Pros

The employees are fantastic and eager to work hard. The regional managers are dedicated and try to make the environment a happy one. The main office in Rocklin is full of friendly employees. Each site is able to do their own thing most of the time.

Cons

There is absolutely no solid direction...no procedures in place. HR has changed hands in a short time. The last HR Manager and her HR employee were great but not able to do their jobs without being micromanaged by the Ezralow management team. Too many sudden shifts with processes without any sense of why. The parent company (Ezralow) manages everything and doesn't let the regional managers run their own show and they play favorites to a few individuals. If you know how to play the political game you will go far...otherwise, plan on just following orders that make no sense. Pay is great if you know how to negotiate with the key players in Ezralow...otherwise, you will be working for peanuts. Everything is a crisis; there is no thinking ahead, no being proactive. It's all about shooting from the hip which often times means working overtime to deal with a perceived problem to only find out that it wasn't anything to get worked up over...absolute waste of time.

Pros

Always a person to help , great resources, great support from asset and regional teams. Good benefits and discounts . Company is very well organized . Higher pay than average.

Cons

Little room for site level requests almost all needs regional approval / accounting ticketing system for simple accounting discrepancies .

Pros

They hire quickly if you need a job in a hurry.

Cons

There is a lot of turn over so you must ask yourself why. They are stingy with the paid holidays. Company is very political. No upward mobility if you are already a property manager. Many managers have a constant fear of getting fired. But no one will tell the Regionals due to retaliation concerns.
