A company that cares about their employees - Anonymous employee First Pointe Management Group Employee Review

I've read through the previous reviews posted on this website and I don't believe that First Pointe Management Group has necessarily been portrayed accurately. Although I will admit that there have been frustrations with the growing pains that come from a start up company, the pro's far out way the cons. No matter where you work there are going to be things that you might not agree with, it's unavoidable. I have been very impressed with the amount of effort put into the employee experience and the commitment to education so that we all have knowledge of how to do our jobs and fully understand the different aspects involved, whether it's with fair housing, maintenance, legal or compliance. If your looking for a company that considers you part of a team and you want stability, then I would say that this would be a good fit for you.
