      Pros

      drawing a blank here, even insurance was extra high - we did get shirts to wear each day and we also got to purchase from the company store

      Cons

      management and ownership looking out for number one - everybody else does too, but these guys are pros - lack of commitment to employees - did not acknowledge dedication and hard work
