Pros
The company culture really sets First Quality apart from the rest. I have worked in sales with multiple Fortune 500 companies, and there is no comparison to the family atmosphere and level of communication from all levels of the corporate structure. The involvement from the CEO/Board level members of the company in the day to day business and their accessibility to all of the partners at First Quality really bring a sense that “we’re all in this together”. In my experience First Quality has always done what is right for their employees, and I appreciate the fact they are also very generous in taking care of the communities where they operate. I feel supported in my role, and I am comfortable with the level of information that is shared with me by my superiors. Lastly, I believe First Quality puts a lot of emphasis on operating in a responsible and sustainable way that will allow the company to continue seeing great success well into the future and I look forward to being a part of it.
