      Pros

      Have worked there a while and I love the work-family atmosphere. Easy job if you know what you’re doing and actually make an effort to get up and work.

      Cons

      Need better training- too many new hires making it too hard on veteran employees. Would be perfect company if they would do away with dangerous swing shifts.
