For me First Step Staffing was\is the perfect solution to my employment status I have been diagnosed with a disability but First Step Staffing worked with me and gave me a chance to go back to work.

Micromanaged for each project by one supervisor. Organization as an entity lacks moral integrity for participants in the program, they are used as numbers rather than provided holistic support required by the grants I managed
