Unprofessional about Pay! - Administrative Assistant First Step Staffing Employee Review

I was not paid for the week and when I texted the person (name withheld for now) I regulary communicated with via text, she all of a sudden wouldn't reply. If not done by tomorrow, I am going to the Georgia Department of Labor to file a complaint. I was told they have administrative positions and that is what I applied for. I was called to work in chicken plant and casual labor. When I was finally called for an administrative position late on a Friday afternoon and returned the call within 10 minutes, I was told it was a mistake the position was already filled.
