      Flexibility , people with interesting stories, easy work

      Cons

      This company is all about money. All the benefits and programs they say they give to the applicants of a certain group, they don’t care for them. All they care about is the job placements so they can continue getting grants and writing off on them. There is no work like balance. Understaffed and everyone doesn’t work together from different departments. Very disorganized money hungry company

      Micromanaged for each project by one supervisor. Organization as an entity lacks moral integrity for participants in the program, they are used as numbers rather than provided holistic support required by the grants I managed
