      pay is decent, but they will try to not pay you for time put in.

      Cons

      Senior Management is the worst you will find at any job. Poorly managed and they will try to blame employees for their mistakes. Will not pay you for time worked, and will have many reasons for this. Union does not support workers' issues either.
