      Pros

      Thorough training program. Kids age challenging but mostly great.

      Cons

      Zero opportunity to move up, managers are lifers in constant CYA mode. Impenetrable clique at yard. Frequent payroll errors in favor of company-surprise surprise. So-called drivers union is really an arm of management. Top-hammer down management style. Minimum wage for all training and meeting time-complete bs. They promote and encourage the "loser bus driver" stereotype. They've lost many local contracts recently for good reason.
