      Pros

      The company was easy to work with and helped to train for CDL Class B license. The pay was decent and they offer sign-on bonuses.

      Cons

      It can be difficult as a new employee to get 40 hours a week, and even if you pick you enough routes / field trips in order to get 40 hours, you are still considered a part-time employee and don't get the full-time benefits.

      Frequently behind the wheel of a bus which limits value at position Very long hours due to need to complete work while spending significant portion of the day filling in on open routes
