Pros
Good part time hours. Now weekly pay salary. In 4 years working there I have gotten generous raise. Easy split shift schedule. I'm happy working for them
Cons
Long training. Training is paid, until hired. Union dues, and union initial fee. No work one month in summer. Unless you drive transit then more routes available for sports and events.
