      Promotes growth within the company, team players, management listens to our opinions and respects what we have to say, the president and COO care about their employees and want to make sure they know they make a difference at First Title.

      The industry itself is very stressful, so sometimes the stress will show in the workplace.

      Pros

      Have seen noticeable improvements in culture and collaboration as new management has joined. Setting a new tone. Still "family owned" feel but feeling like we are on the up

      Cons

      Still feel short staffed at times and communication/expectations could be better. Working on it, but overall not a bad place to end up in what's a pretty tough industry

      Cons

      No structure, although Pam likes to think so with her little training videos . Lack of knowledgeable management. HR is a joke.. no idea what she is doing ZERO communication. High turn over unhappy clients. To much work expected per employee with lack of training and resources. Bare minimum holidays and vacation. Benefits suck..
