Pros
There are pretty nice perks such as: a somewhat supportive staff, the managers are moderately understandable and flexible, a nice 50% discount for yourself and a guest, discount updates on all sorts of things through perks at work, and a program that supports studying students through tuition reimbursement.
Cons
There are downsides as well such as: chaotic environment when things get hectic, staff drama at times, and heavy workload at times (there's almost always something to do and that's not all that bad- you're there to work so earn your keep it's just some days the money made doesn't feel worth the effort put in), it doesn't feel like there is much room for cross-training or moving up as new employees are hired rather than moving up/shifting around existing employees.
