Some supportive colleagues and a predictable schedule.

Cons

Low pay compared to industry standards. Management is toxic, with frequent micromanagement, strict monitoring, and constant check-ins that feel punitive rather than supportive. High stress environment and high turnover, a lot of people have quit for similar reasons— not ideal if you value your mental health. Work at any other financial institution!
