Downtown location and parking garage

Cons

Management has no real idea on work life balance. Start with fresh out of college employees and pay them low and then never give growth opportunities. Interns are higher up's children. Constant reorganization of the company to rework goals so no one expect higher ups get bonuses. Work in office mandatory. HR group has been there for years and controls all (Cant wait to read the response to this like they do for all others).
