Too much to mention! List will not end, still writing highlights : 1. Non-professionalism and politics everywhere 2. Had to work on weekends frequently 3. Worst HR policies seen till the date 4. Was not lucky to get good management persons 5. Experienced almost a mental harassment due to work pressure and managers' "extreme" discipline 6. Scolding/shouting on the floor (in front of ~50 people) 7. Mgmt persons' interference in personal life/phone/WhatsApp 8. Fake Gossips and Mind Poisoning 9. Worked overnight (16-18 hours) for 1-2 weeks without any extra benefits (Providing dinner was definitely not a benefit/compensation) 10. It's impossible that your leaves would get approved 11. Work-Life balance = That's not a thing here 12. Creating fake work pressure and forcing employees to stay late in the office There's a plethora of negative memories of FirstCry. I am glad and lucky enough that I resigned as soon as I got another offer and left FirstCry.
