Pros

Nothing except on time salary

Cons

This is only for IT associate 1. Absolutely no process, no document in project and employees speaks in marathi in all the meetings 2. People working from 7+ year in company think they are boss and full of procrastination and work is expected from newly hired who have no authority neither have documentation to understand existing process 3. Substandard employees, my manager can't even speak 2 line English!! They get tempered if you ask questions. Basically even they are being harrassed by top management ! 4. HR does not exist ! After your onboarding you will never talk to hr. No activity in company. No ceo connect. From day 1 loads of work will be given and you will face harasment in meeting. People who are not getting job elsewhere and are in absolute need of money should only join the company because interview is way too easy since no one is willing to work with them. Ofcourse they will offer peanut salary

Pros

Salary gets credited on time.

Cons

Salary hikes are quite low, and the organizational hierarchy is very rigid, making direct communication with senior leadership difficult. Support from management is inconsistent, as some managers do not actively guide or support their teams. The work pressure is extremely high, which often results in many new joiners leaving within a few months to a year. Employee retention appears to be a challenge, with most long-term employees being part of higher management. Despite employees putting in their best efforts, the pressure to constantly deliver remains intense, with very little appreciation or recognition for hard work. Promotions also seem to be influenced more by favoritism than merit, which negatively impacts employee morale. Overall, the company culture lacks transparency, strong ethical values, and a healthy work environment.
