Completely unorganized - Anonymous employee FirstLight Home Care Employee Review

Schedule changes daily without notifying us, then we get yelled at for not seeing the changes for shifts that are for the same day. Management is terrible and the turnover rate is so high. I have been with the company for a couple of years and everyone in the office is different..... I wonder why. Pay rate is so low and promises were made about a pay raise but were never kept.
