Horrible - Anonymous employee FirstLight Home Care Employee Review

FirstLight Home care is a very horrible place to work at. When I first started there I was told I was going to be paid a certain amount hourly then when I received my first paycheck, in which I didn't know that it will be coming in the mail, my pay rate was way lower then what they told me it would be. Not to mention you get paid on Friday your check will not come in the mail until Monday. The communication is very horrible and they can care less about their employee's. I wouldn't even recommend them to be giving home care to your family members.
