Horrible management - In Home Caregiver FirstLight Home Care Employee Review

Stop being a clique and running off good employees by acting like your better than them. I worked 2 weeks overtime even on days off and the only day I needed y'all acted like I was a horrible person cause don't want to do the job you're supposed to do when someone has an emergency you just guilt people into coming it. I've had multiple clients tell me they're not happy. I put in a notice to resign and was immediately terminated but was not informed. The only reason I found out was I could not get into my app. I called and was told I would not be put back on the schedule. How childish and unprofessional. No wonder the good ones don't start and you can't keep help and your losing clients.
