Pros
401k with % match, some Insurance that is pretty costly.
Cons
Lack of communication and training. Lost all of the managers with experience and can't train that many new employee's at one time and keep everything required accurately completed. It doesn't matter if you do your job correct or completely as long as you show up you have a job.
