Pros

There really were no pros. Management was terrible and the environment was unprofessional.

Cons

No training, expected to know everything without any help. 4 properties for 1 person is too much and the turnover for this position is very high. Awful benefits package.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
