Pros

Always paid on time, HR Dept always very helpful and knowledgeable. One of the largest residential property management companies in the country.

Cons

Too many layers of "management". The actual "property managers" must always confer with above and "we'll get back to you" seemed to be the standard answer. Created unrealistic time lines for completion of jobs because they were rarely on-site to comprehend what was going on. At the same time tried to schedule small tasks down to the minute never allowing any transition time to prepare to correctly handle the job that needed done.

Pros

Great atmosphere, friendly coworkers. I like working this position, it pays well and the work is reasonable.

Cons

I can not think of any, i’m very optimistic so it is hard for me to find something wrong.

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
