Pros

Coworkers are great and they have good benefits. Paid holidays and you get to work with awesome vendors on a daily basis.

Cons

Stringent hours- very little flexibility unless you have a good supervisor. Embarrassingly low pay- quite literally paid below LEGAL minimum for exempt employees almost a full calendar year. When the mistake was noticed, they brushed it under the rug so their whole “own it” core value is lacking. There is almost non-existent opportunity for a pay increase until minimum wage goes up. Regional Bay Area Office is overloaded on accounts with less staff and low pay for region so turnover rate is astronomical. Flip flop management style.

Great Support. Great management. Lots of vendor perks.

Cons

Very long hours. Must work to learn about all full cycle of audits, landscape, accounting, paving, reserve funding, public speaking, basic law, and keep current with new changes in HOA practices

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
