Pros

Some people are nice and helpful.

Cons

Director never helps, plays favorites. If He/She knew what the managers underneath them actually did on a daily basis they would have been gone by now but instead they kiss butt to her/him. Work ethic lacks. Managers tell you to do it the right way but then they do it the lazy way themselves just to get it done and over with. Can't have an opinion or express it without having head chopped off. Managers and Directors won't ask for help but they demand you do their work for them. Push off thier responsiblities to others because they are too busy kissing butt and trying to look good and then take full credit for the work that they never did. They never own up to their mistakes Managers that is. Have no problem in listening to other people's conversations when it doesn't pertain to them and jump up and butt in and then take the credit. It should be hey here's how you handle it and show everyone. They treat and teach their assistants like they are stupid and talk to them as if they are babies who don't understand. Managers hide paperwork so it's out of sight out of mind and pretend they did it.

Not many , sometimes the issues are not with the company itself but the property

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
