Pros

Great training, they sure feed you a lot of treats. Job is not difficult for people who have good memory and multi-tasking skills. Fast typing helps a LOT as does a thick skin.

Cons

Poorly managed and managers NEVER get fired so problems simply persist and get worse not better. They punish you for rocking the boat instead of trying to improve things in the company. Ironically improving it is one of their company core values.

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
